He uses fingerpicking throughout the song. The chord descriptions listed below should closely match the
strings he picks for those chords in context. In particular, note that he seems to be only playing 3 strings
for the Fm*, Fmmaj7, G6sus4, Fm6. The names I have chosen are my best guess for the full chord names that
would be played if strumming that section of the choruses.

Note that the intro is repeated twice and, although not exact, it should be very close to what he plays.
